What pushed you to delve into the topic of Growth Hacking and why are you investing so much energy in it? Couldn't you keep writing code without annoying marketers at events like Mashable Social Media Day Italy? I haven't written code for many years now. I realized that I love programming too much to make it a job. Every now and then I tinker with some personal project, but mostly to try out new technologies. Having been in the company for almost as long as you can remember, you very often find yourself having roles that go beyond your training.
So even if I was born as a programmer (I have a degree in computer science) in reality I have been moving towards business and marketing aspects for a lifetime. Then came Growth Hacking (I always thank "dad" Sean Ellis ) which placed Web Development Services itself right in the middle of those three worlds that I had been hanging out in all my life. And there it was love at first sight! New call-to-action What skills do you think modern marketers need to evolve to embrace what marketing was actually supposed to be about from the beginning? If we talk about Growth Hacking, there are three areas to take into consideration: marketing, product and programming.
The average Italian marketer usually only has skills in the first of the three areas. In fact, sometimes I don't even have that! Then he inevitably has to complete everything with product knowledge (skills that are usually left to the product manager) and code knowledge (skills that are usually left to the programmer). All this must then be contained and organized with a very precise method and a well-defined approach. It's not enough to do 2-3 experiments with Facebook ads. If one of these aspects is missing they are not doing Growth Hacking.
